Following shortly on from his Tour de France win Bradley Wiggins won olympic gold in the 2012 time trial. Along with thousands of others I was on the roads around Hampton Court Palace on the outskirts of London cheering him on. As a keen ‘tester’ myself watching Wiggins is like poetry in motion. Such an aero looking position with a flat back and such a smooth pedal stroke. Wiggins trademark Mod roundel on the front of his helmet and bike headtube, the refection of the road in his visor and the ‘trip’ seams of his skinsuit sleeves just about visible.
