Returns Policy

We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction, that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on our website. If you change your mind about your artwork, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis, as artworks have to be made specifically for your order. This does not affect our statutory rights under Distance Selling Regulations. Please make sure you take care to review your chosen pieces of art before placing your order.


In the unlikely event of damage during transit we’ll do our best to resolve it and your damaged prints will be immediately replaced. Please just send us photos of the damage and your order number to thefondista@gmail.com within 48 hours. Once confirmed we’ll arrange a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.


If you think your order has gone missing during transit, send us an email with your order number and details to ‘thefondista@gmail.com’ and we will track it down.


Unfortunately Fondista (thefondista@gmail.com) are not liable for any lost orders due to incorrect delivery information provided.
